On April 14, 2021, based on the faculty of technology of production and processing of products of animal husbandry, standardization, and biotechnology of the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University the final scientific and practical conference of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student’s scientific works on educational specialty “VPPT Technology” took place.

The name of Nobel Laureate in Economics Semyon (Simon) Kuznets is well known in the scientific world. But not everyone remembers that until 1922 he lived in Ukraine and studied in Kharkiv. This year marks 120 years since the birth of the famous scientist.
From April 1 to 9, on the basis of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, advanced training courses were held under the program “Methods for determining the quality of grain, legumes, and oilseeds.”
On April 13, 2021, the Department of Language Training held the III All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference of students, graduate students, and young scientists “Science, Education, Innovations” (in foreign languages). The conference was held online on the Google-Meet platform and aroused considerable interest among participants.
We continue to get acquainted with foreign students studying at our university. We must say something about students from sunny Turkmenistan. After all, this is the largest group of foreign students who were sent to our university by their country. They are currently studying the following specialties: Woodworking and Furniture Technologies, Construction and Civil Engineering, Law, Economics, Transport Technologies, Accounting and Taxation, Management, Industrial Engineering, Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies.
Tetyana Bondareva, a methodologist at the Vovchansk Vocational College of the Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture, is involved in the development of standards for professional higher education in Ukraine. At the beginning of 2020, she passed a competitive selection to the scientific and methodological commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (order №907 of 09.07.2020), was included in the subcommittee 014 “Secondary Education”, and later was elected chairman of this subcommittee.
The Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechatronics and Management Systems of KhNTUA undertook improvement of the territory and its gardening. Moreover, they approached this process very creatively.
The Department of UNESCO’s “Philosophy of Human Communication” and social and humanitarian disciplines within the framework of international cooperation continue the series of open lectures “Ukraine in the global dimension”.
April 29 – 30, 2021 at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechatronics and Management Systems of Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture. Petro Vasylenko, the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference “Optimization of technical and technological systems of agricultural production” will take place. As we have already informed, one of the priority activities of our university is the development of international cooperation, including the training of foreign nationals studying at KhNTUA in various specialties. If in 2017 the contingent of foreign students studying at our university numbered 119 people, in 2018 304 students were already studying, in 2019 – 348 foreign citizens, and at the end of 2020 – 300 foreigners from 21 countries.
Today, April 9, a seminar on information support of the university in modern conditions was held. The event was held online on the Google Meet platform. It was attended by 25 people, including those responsible for information support of sites and pages of ESI, F TSL, colleges, representatives of the educational department and departments, other departments of the university.

On April 6, 2021, the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas hosted the final stage of the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of “Oil and Gas Industry”, which was attended by over 100 participants with 80 scientific papers.
