Advanced training of workers in the grain processing industry

From April 1 to 9, on the basis of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, advanced training courses were held under the program “Methods for determining the quality of grain, legumes, and oilseeds.”

The courses were held online, and among the students were specialists of grain processing enterprises from different parts of Ukraine, namely: branches “Konotop Elevator” LLC “AGRO-POLIS” (Sumy region), LLC “GLUKHIVSKY ELEVATOR” (Sumy region), LLC ” NIKA-TERA SEA SPECIALIZED PORT (Mykolaiv region), a branch of JSC DPZKU “Savinsky Elevator” (Kharkiv region), JSC “DPZKU” a branch of JSC “DPZKU” “Bread base” 83 “(Chernihiv CHER) and (Chernihiv region).

The director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education AK took an active part in conducting classes with students. Autukhov and Associate Professor of the Department of Technologies of Processing and Food Production IM Fomin. Due to the fact that the courses were held at a distance mode, some of the training materials for students were placed in free access on the distance learning platform Moodle. Training materials were prepared with reference to the current DSTU, GOST, EN ISO on methods for determining the quality of the grain, legumes, and oilseeds and on accounting and registration of operations with grain and products of its processing in elevators, grain warehouses, and grain processing plants.

Students had the opportunity to watch useful videos (educational videos) about the operation of modern equipment for grain analysis and products of its processing, methods of analysis of grain crops, and more.

Upon completion of the training, final control of knowledge was conducted. Through the Google Meet service, students passed a test, the results of which received certificates of professional development.
