Today marks the 35th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident, which became the biggest catastrophe in the history of nuclear energy. The explosion occurred on April 26, 1986, at the 4th power unit of the station.
Every year on April 28 the World Day for Safety and Health at Work is celebrated. Compliance with ILO Conventions and Recommendations ensures the right of every worker, in every workplace, to healthy and safe working conditions.
Students of the Department of Life Safety and Law took part in the final stage of the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers. On April 20, 2021, based on the National University of Water Management and Nature Management the final stage of the II round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Environmental Protection Technologies” took place. The competition commission considered 91 student research papers received from 34 higher education institutions of Ukraine of III-IV levels of accreditation.
On April 28-29, 2021, the accreditation examination of the educational program “Biomedical Engineering” will begin at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in specialty 163 “Biomedical Engineering”. The examination will take place remotely. We invite all willing participants in the educational process to take part in an open meeting with the expert group on April 28, 2021, from 16:30 to 17:00.

Today is World Earth Day. This event is aimed at uniting humanity in a common environmental cause – improving the environment.
On April 21, 2021, the IV Spring School on Sustainable Mobility “The Impact of the Pandemic on Mobility” began its work. This event, not for the first time, was attended by students majoring in 275 “Transport Technology” and teachers of the Department of Transport Technology and Logistics, Faculty of Technological Systems and Logistics: prof. Shramenko N., docent Berezhna N., Assoc. Gorodetskaya T. and Senior teacher Kutya O. as well as representatives of other free economic zones and transport specialists.

On April 15, 2021, the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University hosted the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty “Civil Safety (Labor Protection)” in which students of the ESI MMS Kalashnyk N. On April 15, 2021, the Department of UNESCO “Philosophy of Human Communication” and Social Sciences and Humanities together with the Center for Folklore Studies of the University of Alberta (Canada) in the framework of international cooperation held another public online lecture on “Cultural landscapes as a dispute” ». Lecturer Roman Lozynsky – a geographer with a master’s degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (2009) and Southern Illinois State University in Edwardsville, as a Fulbright Scholar (the USA, 2017); invited lecturer of the Ukrainian Catholic University, Department of Cultural Studies; author of the book “Cultural Landscapes of Galicia: Ethics of Human Interaction with Nature” and articles in the journals Critique and Common. Areas of interest: cultural geography, urban and spatial planning, landscapes, rural geography, place-based education, development theories, and social theory
April 15, this year A meeting of the attestation commission of the third level at the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration took place, during which the attestation cases of the college teachers were considered. The achievements of teachers were presented by the chairman of the attestation commission of the I level at Vovchansky College of Kharkiv National Technical University of AgricultureVovchansky professional college of KhNTUA A. Shcherbak. The teachers themselves and the material for attestation (coordination of pedagogical activity by the requirements of the Standard Regulations on attestation of pedagogical workers for compliance with the requirements for assigning qualification categories, accompanying documentation, characteristics, etc.) were prepared by Methodist T.
