Certification of teachers of Vovchansky College

April 15, this year A meeting of the attestation commission of the third level at the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration took place, during which the attestation cases of the college teachers were considered. The achievements of teachers were presented by the chairman of the attestation commission of the I level at Vovchansky College of Kharkiv National Technical University of AgricultureVovchansky professional college of KhNTUA A. Shcherbak. The teachers themselves and the material for attestation (coordination of pedagogical activity by the requirements of the Standard Regulations on attestation of pedagogical workers for compliance with the requirements for assigning qualification categories, accompanying documentation, characteristics, etc.) were prepared by Methodist T. Bondareva.

By the decision of the commission of the highest level, it was unanimously accepted to satisfy the petition concerning such pedagogical workers: T. Shchybrya (confirmed the previously assigned qualification category “specialist of the highest category”), V. Nikonenko (confirmed the previously assigned qualification category “specialist of the highest category”), M. Strukova (awarded the qualification category “specialist of the highest category”), M. Mitroshin (awarded the qualification category “specialist of the highest category”), N. Kravchenko (confirmed the qualification category “specialist of the highest category”), V. Posokhova (the qualification category “specialist of the highest category” was confirmed and the pedagogical title “teacher-methodologist” was awarded).

FOR REFERENCE. Pedagogical certification is an important component of the Licensing requirements in terms of quality staffing of the educational process. Currently, 70 percent of specialists of the Vovchansk Vocational College of KhNTUA have the highest category and 30 percent – teachers with pedagogical titles. Almost half of the teachers have or receive a second (third) higher education.
