Dear colleagues! On July 6, 2021, the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education announced competitive recruitment of experts for the accreditation of educational programs from among research and teaching staff. Application forms are accepted from July 6 to August 6, 2021, by filling out the application in electronic form.
On July 7, 2021, a working meeting was held with directors of educational and scientific institutes, deans of faculties, and executive secretaries of admission commissions involved in the reorganization process according to the MES Order of 18.06.2021 № 689 “On the establishment of the State Biotechnology University” and the MES Order of 25.06 .2021 № 717, on the organization of the introductory campaign for the 2021-2022 academic year. The issues of the current state of work of admission commissions, their coordination, prospects for recruitment of higher education applicants, implementation of a common policy of forming a contingent of students, as well as applications for the implementation of the state order for educational services in 2021 were considered. The participants of the meeting discussed urgent issues and developed a common position on the policy that higher education institutions involved in the reorganization process will implement in the process of the introductory campaign in the transition period.
To prepare applicants for higher education by state order, the Government has improved the procedure for allocating state budget expenditures on education between higher education institutions. Relevant amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019№1146 “On the distribution of state budget expenditures between higher education institutions based on indicators of their educational, scientific and international activities” were adopted today, July 7, 2021.
According to the Terms of Admission to Higher Education in 2021, certain categories of persons have the right to enter higher education institutions based on the results of entrance exams in certain subjects and competitive selection. Today at our university began entrance exams for 14 people who fall into certain categories. They are currently taking an exam in the Ukrainian language and literature. After checking the test tasks, the members of the examination committee will publish the results of the entrance exam.
Recently, 1st-year students of the Institute of Technical Sciences specialty 204 “Technology of production and processing of livestock products” during an introductory internship in the discipline “Technology of livestock production” (supervisor Ph.D., Associate Professor Nagorny SA) visited Dergachiv children’s and youth equestrian school, breeding breeder for breeding Ukrainian horses of Kharkiv State Zooveterinary Academy, where they got acquainted with safety when working with horses, the technology of keeping and training sport horses, as well as classic equestrian sports (show jumping and dressage ).
On July 6, 2021, a meeting of the commission on the reorganization of KhNTUA, established to implement the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of 18.06.2021 № 689 “On the establishment of the State Biotechnology University” and the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of 25.06.2021 № 717. Tikhonchenko, to whom, by the current legislation, in particular, Article 105 of the CCU, all powers to manage a higher education institution as a legal entity under public law have now been transferred. The meeting was attended by members of the commission, the Action Plan for the reorganization of the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture was adopted and approved, as well as some organizational and managerial decisions to ensure its timely implementation.
Last year, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine introduced a minimum price of contract training for 38 out of 121 specialties (the so-called indicative cost). From September 1, 2020, for entrants to the most popular specialties, contract training was at least 60% of the cost that the state paid for budget places. And from 2021, the cost of the contract in universities should be at least 70% of actual costs.
The internship of students of the educational and scientific institute of business, management, and law is an integral part of the educational process in the specialty 081 “Law”. During the internship, students consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge gained in the process of studying general and special disciplines.
In the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, as in many other universities in Ukraine, the admission campaign continues. We can now observe one of the most important stages of this campaign, related to the registration of e-cabinets by entrants. According to the state enterprise “Inforesurs”, as of 9:00 on July 5, more than 92 thousand offices were created. Based on complete general secondary education, 87,243 classrooms and 146 classrooms were activated based on a bachelor’s, specialist’s, or master’s degree.
Last year, Vlada Chorna also sat on the University Admissions Committee and was very worried about her admission. On July 2, 2021 students of specialties 073 “Management” and 281 “Public Administration” of the Institute of BMP in the framework of training and production practice got acquainted with the activities of civil servants of the Department of Agricultural Development of Kharkiv Regional State Administration and management of managers.
Today at the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture held another graduation of bachelors who completed the course and received diplomas of higher education of the first level. This time the festive event took place at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Management and Law, which graduated bachelors in 051 Economics, 071 Accounting and Taxation, 073 Management and 076 Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange. This year, for the first time, the university graduated bachelors in 075 Marketing and 081 Law.
July 2 students majoring in 051 Economics together with teachers of the Department of Economics and Marketing Onegina V., Antoshchenkova V., Kravchenko O., Baban T., Kravchenko Yu. within the framework of the program of industrial practice in economics they visited a private agricultural enterprise named after Frunze, located in the village of Berdyanka, Kharkiv region. The enterprise is managed by the real owner – Glyan Ivan. Ivan Danilovich’s youngest daughter is studying at our university. Tatiana Glyan already has two bachelor’s degrees in her portfolio, including in Economics. She is currently studying for a master’s degree.
