Today, April 9, a seminar on information support of the university in modern conditions was held. The event was held online on the Google Meet platform. It was attended by 25 people, including those responsible for information support of sites and pages of ESI, F TSL, colleges, representatives of the educational department and departments, other departments of the university.
Ukrainian Association of Teachers and Researchers of European Integration within the Erasmus + project named after Jeanne Monnet (620395-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-SUPPA “EU-Eastern Partnership: future ways to intensify joint initiatives of academic and civil communities in Ukraine) initiates research on value transformations among Ukrainian students and conducts an All-Ukrainian survey “Values of Ukrainian students”.
On April 6, 2021, the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas hosted the final stage of the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of “Oil and Gas Industry”, which was attended by over 100 participants with 80 scientific papers. Everyone knows that our university is famous for its champions in Greco-Roman wrestling and other sports. We all read about Semyon Novikov, Demid Karachenko, Anna Yunosheva, Artem Slyusarenko. And we are proud of them! But few people have heard about the champion of Ukraine in Greco-Roman wrestling Andriy Kulyk, who is studying at our faculty for a master’s degree. First-year student Polina Shcherbakova gave a short interview to Andriy to introduce us to him.

On April 6-7, the International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Actual Problems of the Educational Process in the Conditions of Quarantine Restrictions and Distance Learning” took place. The conference was organized by Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture, the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National University of Agriculture (International Department and Department of UNESCO “Philosophy of Human Communication” and Socio-Humanities), Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after GS Frying pans, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain), Jordan National University (Jordan), German Academy of Retraining (Germany), Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. From March 22 to 28, 2021, the celebration of World Money Week took place. Global Money Week is an international educational campaign aimed at expanding young people’s knowledge of finance to build a secure financial future. To increase the financial literacy of Ukrainian youth, the National Bank of Ukraine has developed a rich cognitive-educational and interactive program.
Recently, the city of Sumy hosted the Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestling championship among wrestlers under the age of 23, which took almost 200 athletes from 13 regions of Ukraine. Kharkiv region was represented at the championship by students of our university, who won several important victories. In particular, Andrii Kulik (FTSL) took first place in the 72 kg weight category, Mykhailo Vishnevetskyi (ESI MMS) took first place in the weight category executioner 130 kg, Artem Riabov (ESI BM) took third place in weights category executioner 63 kg and Vladislav Kovalenko (ESI MMS) took third place in the weights category executioner 130 kg.
Due to the high level of epidemic danger associated with the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19, in the Kharkiv region is working to vaccinate the population, including education workers. University staff wishing to be vaccinated should provide information to the heads of departments.
On April 5, 2021, the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference of students and young scientists “Market Technologies and Business Analytics”, organized by the Department of Marketing and Media Communications of the Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture, started at our university. The conference was co-organized by Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Council of Young Scientists at Kharkiv Regional State Administration, NGO “Association of Marketers of Ukraine”, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, National Technical University “Dnipro Polytechnic”, Sumy National Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarian University, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, Hryhoriy Skovoroda University in Pereyaslav.
Mykola Marchenko, a student of the ESI TS, won the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty “Industrial Engineering (Lifting and transport, road, construction, reclamation machinery, and equipment)” and was awarded a first-degree diploma at the final scientific-practical conference.
Spring fieldwork, as well as practical classes for students, have started in the training and research farm of KhNTUSG. Currently, due to quarantine restrictions, students undergo practical training in absentia to continue it in the summer in the field. Professor VM Vlasovets and associate professor A. Gorbanyov tell students about the features of agricultural work, which is carried out in one of the fields of education and research economy of the university.
