In June 2021 on the basis of Kremenchuk National University named after Mykhailo Ostrogradsky was held the International competition of student research papers in the specialty 141 “Electricity, Electrical Engineering, and Electromechanics”, which was attended by students from 17 higher education institutions of Ukraine and 3 foreign educational institutions. 84 works were submitted to the competition, including from the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture.
The purpose of the competition is to intensify the processes of Ukraine’s integration into the European educational and scientific space, expand international ties, stimulate students ’innovative activities, master modern technologies, create conditions for forming the intellectual potential of talented youth, etc.
It is nice to note that the scientific works of students of the Department of Power Supply and Energy Management won prizes, in particular:
the work of students Melnyk Anna (3rd year) and Chala Nadiya (6th year) “Study of the influence of meteorological parameters on the generation of network SES” (supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor O. Moroz) took 1st place;
work of students Golovko Sergey (5th year) and Slavov Maxim (5th year) “Improving the efficiency of solar power plants in integrated energy systems” (supervisor – Ph.D., Associate Professor Savchenko O.) took 2nd place;
work of the student Slavov Maksym (5th year) “Commercial electricity metering systems as a tool for dispatching and monitoring the state of the 0.4 kV network in the power system of Ukraine” (supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Miroshnyk O.) took 2nd place;
student’s work Sergey Golovko (5th year) “Protection of a person from electric shock” (supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor O. Miroshnyk) took 3rd place;
work of students Anatoly Porokh (5th year) and Alexey Ivanchenko (2nd year) “Planning of maintenance of electrical equipment” (supervisor – Ph.D., Associate Professor Trunova I.) took 3rd place.
