The Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture is preparing for the new academic year and a solemn meeting of freshmen. Currently, non-resident students are being housed in dormitories and relocated to new places. Traditionally, the university administration pays great attention to these issues.
By the Regulations on the order of settlement, residence, and internal regulations in the student dormitories of KhNTUA, a person wishing to settle in a dormitory must provide the following documents for the order:
– a copy of the passport;
– a copy of the TIN;
– a copy of the receipt of payment for accommodation in the hostel;
– certificate from the place of study (for students of other free educational institutions);
– dormitory accommodation agreement
One of the main conditions for obtaining a settlement order is to pass an initial medical examination at the university. The examination is conducted by the coordinator for medical issues Valentina Vladimirovna. She also checks new students’ medical records and analyzes health information to provide timely medical care if needed. To this end, during the current medical examination, the doctor surveys students on their well-being, assesses the general condition of freshmen, provides relevant recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19. In addition, the temperature of all employees, students, and visitors of the university is measured at the entrance to the university.
