Dear colleagues! We would like to inform you that the XXI International Scientific Conference “MODERN PROBLEMS OF EARTH MECHANICS”, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of KNTUSG and the 120th anniversary of the birth of Academician P. Vasylenko will be held online from 17 to 18 October 2020 in Kharkiv on the basis of Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture. The Organizing Committee invites scientists, specialists, leading specialists, practitioners and business leaders to take part in the conference.

OUR UNIVERSITY NAMED BY HIS NAME

Today marks the 120th anniversary of the birth of Peter V. Vasilenko (1900-1999), whose name is inscribed in golden letters in the history of domestic agricultural science and technology. Since May 2004, the Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture has been bearing this name, where the memory of P.M. Vasylenko and continues the best traditions of the scientific school created by him.

Video to the 90th anniversary of KNTUA

This year the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture celebrates its 90th anniversary. In preparation for this significant event, the unit for the organization of educational work of students of KhNTUSG consisting of the artistic director M. Kiriukhina, leading specialists O. Skrypka, S. Ventsus, A. Horishna, and the director of the student club I. Triukhan prepared an original video dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university. Presenting this creative product, we are very grateful to all those who participated in its creation, including activists, members of creative teams, and other assistants who provided technical support during the production of the video.

A SESSION OF THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL WAS HELD

The regular meeting of the Academic Council of The Petrо Vasilenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture was held on September 24, 2020 at 10.00 in the assembly hall of KNTUА (main building, 44 Alchevskikh Street). Important issues were considered here.
