An integral part of the educational process at the university is the involvement of students in research work, which promotes the development of future professionals’ creative skills, critical thinking, initiative, and other professional qualities.
It is nice to note that in the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, this work is carried out at a high and systematic level, as evidenced by the victories of our students at the All-Ukrainian competitions of student works. Thus, from 2017 to 2020, the number of student research papers submitted to the competitions increased from 40 to 83, and the number of winners increased from 10 to 36. These figures speak for themselves. It is no coincidence that in 2020, according to the results of the competition of student research papers, the KhNTUA took 3rd place among agricultural institutions of higher education in Ukraine.
Our students and teachers continue the good tradition this year as well. For example, the results of the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty 073 “Management” specialization “Management in the field of economic competition, which was held on the basis of the Poltava State Agrarian University, were recently summed up. Both scientific works were performed under the guidance of Dr. Professor of the Department of Organization of Production, Business and Management T. Vlasenko, who was awarded the Gratitude for high professionalism in preparing the scientific work of the winner.

Also, our students participated in the competition of diploma theses on the organization and management of innovation, which took place on the basis of Kremenchuk Mikhailo Ostrogradskyi National University.
