Recently, there have been many reports on the Internet about the possibility of rapid publication of scientific results in publications that seem to be foreign. In this regard, the Department of Attestation of Higher Qualifications of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommends that Ph.D. candidates and supervisors when choosing a periodical for publication of scientific papers to pay attention to its origin, distribution, duration and frequency, user interface and quality of such publication, namely: thematic orientation of a certain branch of science, the presence in the editorial board of specialists in the relevant field of science, specialization of the publication, etc…
