Modern innovative technologies of adult education

 At the beginning of February 2021, an online conference on advanced training under the program “Modern Innovative Technologies of Adult Education” was held at the Institute of Postgraduate Education for Teachers of Vovchansk Vocational College of Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture. The event was supported by the UNESCO Department of Philosophy of Human Communication and social sciences and humanities. In particular, I. Danchenko, Ph.D., Professor of the UNESCO Department, took an active part in the preparation and holding of the seminar.

The following topics were considered during the seminar:

• conceptual provisions, the main features of traditional and innovative technologies of adult education;

       – modern innovative technologies of adult education. Distance learning technologies;

– methodological principles of the introduction of modern innovative technologies of adult education with the use of distance learning technologies;

       – organizational and methodological support of the process of modern innovative technologies of adult education with the use of distance learning technologies.

At the end of the seminar, college teachers received certificates of advanced training.

Advanced training courses under the program “Innovative technologies for teaching professional disciplines in educational institutions of professional higher education” at KhNTUA

From 11 to 18 November 2020 on the basis of the Institute of Postgraduate Education online advanced training courses were held under the program “Innovative technologies for teaching professional disciplines in educational institutions of professional higher education”.

Iryna Danchenko, Ph.D., Professor of the UNESCO Department of Philosophy of Human Communication and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines, and Anatoliy Autukhov, Ph.D.

During the courses the following issues were considered: “Theoretical bases of introduction of innovative technologies of teaching disciplines of professional orientation in the educational process of institutions of professional higher education”

“Methodological and methodological principles of introduction of innovative technologies of teaching disciplines of professional orientation in the educational process of institutions of professional higher education”;

The courses were attended by pedagogical staff of institutions of professional higher education from all over Ukraine, namely: VSP “Starobilsk Vocational College of Luhansk National Agrarian University” (Luhansk region); Krasnograd Agricultural and Technical College. F. Tymoshenko; Kharkiv State Vocational and Pedagogical College named after V. Vernadsky ; Vocational school № 48 Novomoskovsk (Dnipropetrovsk region); Kyiv Higher Vocational School of Construction and Design (Kyiv); Kovel Professional Medical College of the Volyn Regional Council (Volyn Region); Lviv VPHU Secondary School (Lviv Region).

At the end of the training, the course participants expressed their sincere gratitude to the teachers for the information received and the organization of classes.

QUALIFICATION DEVELOPMENT – ENSURING THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF THE TEACHER

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between KhNTUSG and KhNAU named after V. Dokuchaev 28.10.2020 at the Department of Accounting and Auditing was a working meeting of the Director of IPO Autukhov A., Head of the Department of Accounting and Auditing Marenych T. with representatives of KhNAU named after V. Dokuchaev by Professor Bedenkova M. and Associate Professor Ragulina I.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of related departments of KhNTUA and KhNAU.

The meeting was interesting and informative, took place in the format of discussion and discussion of the main tasks of professional development – gaining experience in shaping the content of education, taking into account its purpose, experience of practical work and professional activity, in rapid social change..

During the meeting, the areas of professional development in the following disciplines were identified: audit, tax control, internal audit, financial accounting, accounting audit and individual plans for professional development (internships) of research and teaching staff were signed.

The meeting will facilitate further exchange of experience between teachers of KhNTUA and KhNAU, to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of training and improve the methods of teaching material in professional disciplines..

On October 5, in the assembly hall of the main building of KhNTUA a working meeting of the director of the institute of postgraduate education with directors of educational institutes, dean of faculty and heads of departments of the university on professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical worker

The following issues were considered during the meeting:

• frequency of advanced training by pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of the university;
• forms and types of advanced training;
• features of determining the form, type, direction and subjects of educational services for advanced training;
• requirements for the scope of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of higher education institutions;
• requirements for planning in-service training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers;
• procedure and sequence of recognition of the results of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers;
• restrictions on professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of higher education institutions;
• status of implementation of the plan of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of the university.

Addressing the audience, A. Autukhov drew attention to the mandatory implementation of the provisions of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 800 of 21.08.2019 “Some issues of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers” in planning and training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers structural units of the university.

The international company DataArt is a leading software developer for companies in various industries both in Ukraine and abroad. The company has more than 20 years of experience in the IT market, strong teams of engineers from different countries, deep knowledge in various areas of business, and a willingness to invest in professional development and education.

IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

From February 24 to March 4, 2020, the Institute of Postgraduate Education held short-term advanced training courses for laboratory technicians on “Methods for determining the quality of grain, legumes and oilseeds.”

The courses were attended by specialists of LLC “BOROVA-AGRO” (Kharkiv region), LLC “KRASNOPAVLIVSKY ELEVATOR” (Kharkiv region), SFG “OBERIG” (Donetsk region), LLC “VASILKO” (Poltava region), LLC “GLUKHIV (Sumy region), PSP “RED LIGHTHOUSE” (Chernihiv region).

Students visited the laboratories of the Institute of Plant Breeding named after V. Yuryev NAAS, where they listened to lectures by Oleg Leonov – Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, a senior researcher at the institute.

Active participation in the courses was taken by IPO Director A. Autukhov, IPO Deputy Director V. Malyshev, Associate Professor of the Department of Processing and Food Production Technologies I. Fomin.

Upon completion of the training, students successfully passed the exam and received certificates of advanced training.

The test of knowledge on labor protection was passed successfully!

The Institute of Postgraduate Education together with the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production at the request of the Limited Liability Company “Zorya” V. Burlutsky district of Kharkiv region was organized and trained specialists in the program “Hardware processing of grain” in the amount of 24 people.

Classes were held:

• Autukhov A. “Solving complex production issues. Interaction of structural units”;
• Malyshev V. “Labor protection and organization of labor discipline management”.
• Znaidyuk V. “Methods of grain drying, design and operation of grain dryers”.
• Lukyanov I. “Transport equipment of bakery enterprises”.
• Kharchenko S. “Grain cleaning machines and their operation”.

At the same time, teachers of the Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture got acquainted with the work of modern grain dryers installed at the enterprise.

On February 22, the commission of the main department of the State Labor Service in Kharkiv region 11 managers and engineers of the enterprise, as well as employees and management of KhNTUSG successfully passed the test of knowledge of current legislation of Ukraine on labor protection, organization of labor protection fire safety, electrical safety, occupational health, prevention of occupational poisoning and disease, first aid.

The commission consisted of:

• leading engineer on labor protection, chairman of the commission of the trade union organization on labor protection Vinokurov M.;
• chairman of the primary trade union organization – Kis V.
• Deputy Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education Malyshev V.;

The chairman of the commission was – Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision in the agro-industrial complex and socio-cultural sphere Kabysh Vyacheslav.

Advanced training of specialists in the field of bakery products of Ukraine!

From March 18 to March 26, 2019 at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasylenko with the support of the Department of Processing and Food Production ESI PFP held short-term training of technologists on “Methods of determining grain quality indicators, legumes and oilseeds “.

The following took an active part in the classes for IPO students: Institute of Postgraduate Education director A. Autukhov, Institute of Postgraduate Education deputy director V. Malyshev, head of the department of processing and food production technologies T. Gavrish, and associate professor of the department Fomina I.

As the program of advanced training courses provides acquaintance with the latest modern equipment of enterprises of the bakery industry, students were also given field trips to enterprises for storage, procurement, and processing of grain, in particular Novopokrovsky KHP (grain laboratory). This allowed the course participants to increase the level of their professional competence, improve practical skills, and the opportunity to directly share experiences.

On March 26, at the final lesson, the results of the training were summed up, topical issues of the professional activity of specialists of bakery enterprises were considered, after which the students received certificates of advanced training.

From February 21 to March 13 at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine were on-line training and on-line research and teaching staff of Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture .

The courses were attended by teachers of ESI BM, ESI ECT, ESI TS, ESI MMS, and TSL faculty.

Advanced training of energy company specialists .

On March 25, based on the Institute of Postgraduate Education with the support of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Energy and Computer Technologies of the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko, National Technical University of Agriculture advanced training courses for energy companies under the REM dispatcher program was launched.

The training program for specialists of energy companies is designed to get acquainted with the latest developments in the industry, modern methods of organizing the operation of electrical equipment, the requirements of regulations on the organization of safe operation of electrical installations. The next certification of persons applying for admission to the civil service

In pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 301 of April 26, 2017 “On the organization of certification of persons applying for civil service for fluency in the state language” from spring 2018 Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture actively works in this direction. Thus, during this period, about 300 certificates of fluency in the state language were issued.

At the end of May on the basis of the Institute of Institute of Postgraduate Education with the participation of the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production were advanced training courses for grain processing equipment on the topic: “Methods of grain drying, new designs of grain dryers, grain cleaning machines, transport equipment”.

Advanced training of JSC “Kharkivoblenergo” in business Ukrainian at the Institute of Postgraduate Education KhNTUA

According to the agreement between JSC “Kharkivoblenergo” and KhNTUA Institute of Postgraduate Education with the participation of the Department of UNESCO “Philosophy of Human Communication” and social and humanitarian disciplines was trained operational and operational and production staff of JSC “Kharkivoblenergo” training program in business Ukrainian. During the period from September 10, 2019, to November 21, 2019, 162 specialists of energy companies from Kharkiv and districts of the Kharkiv region were trained at the university.

In connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language” special attention was paid to the main provisions of this document, as well as issues of business communication, Ukrainian terminology in professional communication, and basic rules of modern Ukrainian spelling.

Specialists of energy companies of Ukraine improved their skills on the basis of KhNTUA

In the educational and scientific institute of postgraduate education from 14.05.2018 to 25.05.2018. with the participation of the Institute of Energy and Computer Technologies, specialists of energy companies of Ukraine improved their skills in the programs: “Dispatchers of REM” and “Specialists in the operation and repair of overhead lines.”

On November 16, a working meeting with employees of Malynivka village council and pedagogical teams of lyceums № 1 and № 2 took place in Malynivska lyceum № 1.

The meeting was attended by the director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture Autukhov A. and his deputy Malyshev V.

During the meeting, the results of the training on labor protection were summed up, a lecture on first aid was held. Employees of the village council and lyceums were informed about the areas of training at KhNTUA.
