On September 20, 2018 on the basis of the training center KhNTUSG with the active participation of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, SI SMC “Agroosvita” MES of Ukraine was held the annual professional holiday “ Mechanics Day 2018 ” and scientific-practical seminar for farm engineers and farmers on efficient operation of modern agricultural machinery in the Eastern region of Ukraine « Optimal technical and technological solutions in crop production».
Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechatronics and Management Systems Vlasovets Vitalii congratulated everyone on the holiday and noted that a modern university is first and foremost a guarantee of creating the preconditions for an effective combination of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and new technologies. Such a mechanism makes it possible to move to a qualitatively new level of education in cooperation with our partners.
The official part of the event was opened by the Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration – Head of the Department of Agricultural Production Panfilov Kostiantyn . He noted that the holiday is not the first year, and the level of training at the university is evidenced by the fact that half of the twenty-three heads of farms in the Kharkiv region – graduates of KhNTUSG. The rector of KhNTUSG Nanka Oleksandr made a welcoming speech. He stressed the importance of holding such events with the involvement of state-of-the-art agricultural machinery to improve the quality of training of mechanical engineers. Volodymyr Shevchenko , Chief Specialist of the State Educational Institution “Agroosvita” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine stressed the importance of practical training of future specialists and wished success to the participants. Traditionally, students of leading universities, colleges, technical schools and lyceums of agro-technical direction of the Eastern region of Ukraine took part in the competitions: “The best in the theory of engineering solutions”, “The best specialist in plowing”, “The best specialist in row spacing”, “The best debugger “,” Best driver “,” Best technician “,” Best diagnostician (WIX Filters, Castrol) “,” Best technician “,” Best ecologist “and” Best agronomist “. The event was moderated by Deputy Director of the Institute of MSM Syrovytskyi Kyrylo.
Expansion of ties and fruitful cooperation between agribusiness and the Institute of MMS during the celebration of the Day of Mechanics – 2018 emphasizes the importance of training for young people, businesses and society, helps young professionals to become the best in their chosen profession. Students had a great opportunity to get acquainted with modern production equipment John Deere, CASE IH, Väderstad in the framework of a scientific-practical seminar on the efficient operation of modern agricultural machinery. And not only to get acquainted, but also to see her work in master classes with demo demonstrations of equipment.
