Today, April 9, a seminar on information support of the university in modern conditions was held. The event was held online on the Google Meet platform. It was attended by 25 people, including those responsible for information support of sites and pages of ESI, F TSL, colleges, representatives of the educational department and departments, other departments of the university.
At the beginning of the workshop and head of the media communications department moderated L. Firsova presented the specifics of WMC University, stressed that his main objectives are to develop internal information space and to ensure the presence of external information field to implement broader purpose, namely popularization KhNTUA as leader region in the educational environment.
During the seminar, issues related to the specifics of information activities at the university and the development of effective elements of information interaction, filling information pages on websites and social networks, creating quality news, and more were discussed.
Reports were made by employees of the IMC V. Kozoriz, O. Golubova, K. Korobov, engineer of the scientific library O. Nesterenko. The discussion took place in a constructive and dynamic atmosphere. Important and topical issues were raised by the participants. For example, the head. Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities, Ph.D. prof. R. Levkina asked a question about the use of materials from the site for the accreditation of educational and professional programs, to which she received an answer and mechanisms for solving this problem. Representatives of professional colleges of KhNTUA T. Bondaryeva and I. Linytska, associate professor of the department of accounting and auditing, Ph.D. N. Birchenko, head of the educational department N. Berezhna, leading specialist of the educational department L. Sorokin, an employee of the center of working professions O. Bondareva and others.
The results of the seminar will be summarized and distributed to all participants.
