1991-1996 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), research engineer, assistant, senior lecturer;

1996-1997 – HORT LLC, Deputy Sales Director;

1997-2005 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), Associate Professor;

2005-2016 – KhSTUA, Head of the Department of Processing and Food Production Technologies;

Since 2016 – until now – Professor of Technology of Processing and Food Production.

application of technology of ozonation of wheat flour and improvement of technologies of bakery products;

development and improvement of technologies of jelly confectionery;

optimization of grain conditioning technology.

member of the Specialized Scientific Councils (Odesa, Kharkiv).
