1987 – M. Gorky Kharkiv State University (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University) specialty – Philology. Lecturer of Russian language and literature.
1993 – G. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, specialty – Ukrainian language and literature.
1993-2002 – Lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian and Slavonic Studies of KhIMEA-KhDTUA.
2002-2017 – Associate Professor of the UNESCO Department of “Philosophy of Human Communication” KhNTUA.
Since 2017 – Head of the UNESCO Department of “Philosophy of Human Communication”, Social Sciences and Humanities.

Educational activities.
She teaches disciplines: “Philosophy of human communication”, “Pedagogy and methods of teaching in high school”, “Philosophy of tourism”, “Recreational complexes of Ukraine and the world”, “UNESCO World Heritage”.

Research activities.
2001 – defense of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences “Mentality and local self-government: relationship, problems, contradictions” in the specialty 09.00.03 – social philosophy and philosophy of history.
2019 – defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economics “Innovation of the tourism sector of the region in terms of sustainable development: a strategic dimension” in the specialty 08.00.05 – development of productive forces and regional economy.

Research interests.: Philosophy of communication, pedagogy and methods of teaching in higher education, problems of spiritual and physical development of youth, gender issues in Ukraine, educational work in free economic and student self-government, social problems of modern youth and prospects for their solution, socio-communicative activities and communication practices, philosophy of tourism, innovative development of tourism, the phenomenon of tourism in philosophical and economic aspects.

Scientific publications, patents, grants
She is the author of 2 monographs, co-author of 4 monographs, co-author of one textbook, author of about 150 scientific publications in Ukrainian and international scientific journals.
