Education

  • In 1981 he graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, qualified as a mechanical engineer.
  • 1988 – defended the dissertation of the candidate of technical sciences on a specialty 05.05.11 – machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production.
  • 1991 – awarded the academic title of associate professor.
  • 2006 – defended the dissertation of the doctor of technical sciences on a specialty 05.05.11 – machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production.
  • 2007 – awarded the academic title of professor.

Career

  • 1981 – junior researcher of the EMTP department.
    1982 – Assistant of the Department of Agricultural Machinery.
    1995 – Head of the Department of Technical Operation of Machinery and Equipment.
    2014-2020 – Professor of Reliability, Strength and Technical Service of Machines named after V. Anilovich.
    Since 2020 – Head of the Department of “Agricultural Machinery”, where he works to this day.

Educational activities

Teaches disciplines: “Theory and calculation of agricultural machinery”, “Theory of machine operation and design of technical systems”.

Research activities

  • Head of the scientific school “Technical efficiency of machines and means of agro-industrial complex”, under the guidance 5 candidate dissertations were defended, member of specialized scientific councils: D 64.832.04 on the defense of doctoral and candidate dissertations in specialty 05.05.11 – machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production and K.64.832 .03 on the defense of candidate dissertations in the specialty 05.02.04 – friction and wear in machines, member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “Technical service of agro-industrial, forest and transport complexes”
  • He has more than 150 scientific and methodical works, 2 monographs, 9 textbooks, 18 copyright certificates for inventions, 20 patents.

Awards and prizes

He was awarded the honorary badge “Excellence in Agricultural Education”, “Excellence in Technical Service”, Diplomas of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
