Kovryhin Volodymyr

Education

In 1996 he graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine. J. Mudry, majoring in jurisprudence.

In 2000 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, majoring in law enforcement.

In 2013 he defended his dissertation on “Disciplinary liability in labor law.”

Career

1990-2004 – worked in the criminal investigation departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kharkiv region.

2004-2005 – Head of the Leninsky District Department of the Kharkiv City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2005-2010 – Head of the October District Department of the Kharkiv City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2010-2010 – Head of the Moscow District Department of the Kharkiv City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2010-2011 – First Deputy Chief – Chief of Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2011-2012 – Deputy Chief – Chief of Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2012-2013 – Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region for EURO.

2013-2014 – Head of the Kyiv District Department of the Kharkiv City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

2014-2014 – Assistant Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Educational activities

Teaches the discipline “Labor Law”.

Awards and prizes

He has been repeatedly awarded medals, badges, and diplomas of the police, the diploma of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine. Government award – Diploma and Medal of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Number of publications

He has 14 scientific works and a monograph.
