1980 – Kyiv Technological Institute of Food Industry: specialty “Machines and apparatus of food production”, mechanical engineer;
1993 – Ukrainian State Agrarian University: specialty “Pedagogy”, engineer-teacher;
2008 – Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade: specialty 05.18.16 – food technology, candidate of technical sciences.

Career
1981-2001 – Kharkiv Technical School of Dairy Industry (now the College of Processing and Food Production KhNTUA), Deputy Director for Academic Affairs;
2001 – KhSTUA, assistant of the department of equipment and engineering of processing and food productions;
2003 – KhSTUA, senior lecturer at the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production;
2010 – KhNTUA, Associate Professor of the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production;
2013 – KhNTUA, Professor of the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production.

Educational activities
Teaches training courses:

“Technological equipment for processing and food production”;
“Conditioning and refrigeration of processing and food industries”;
“Special equipment and equipment for small processing and food industries”;
“Operation of equipment and machinery for processing and food production”;

Research activities
Research interests:
Functional properties of food ingredients, development of new technologies;
Processes of grinding of grain raw materials, application of ultrasound.

Supervisor of postgraduate students and masters (defended 3 dissertations of applicants for the degree of Ph.D.);
The official opponent of dissertations;
Member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “Engineering of processing and food production”.

International activity / participation in international projects
International activities
Process improvement and certification of the quality management system of KhNTUA for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001 with the receipt of a certificate recognized in the IQNet system.

Social activities
Guidance of students – participants of All-Ukrainian Olympiads and competitions in special disciplines.
