2016 – defense of the dissertation Candidate of Economic Sciences in specialty 08.00.04 – economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity).
2016 – Associate Professor of the Department of Organization of Production, Business, and Management
2020 – received the academic title of Associate Professor of Production, Business, and Management

Educational activity

Teaches training courses “Risk Management”, “Strategic Management”, “Enterprise Strategy”, “Strategic Analysis”, “Agricultural Market Infrastructure”

Research activity

She actively prepares students to participate in regional and national scientific events. Thus, under the scientific guidance of O. V. Dudnyk, the winners of the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in natural, technical, and human sciences 2017/2018 academic year were prepared in the area of “Management in the field of economic competition” and the winners of the City competition of student business projects “Kharkiv – a city of youth initiatives” (2017 and 2018). She provides scientific guidance to graduate students
