1976 – Kharkiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture;
Specialty: mechanization of agricultural production, a mechanical engineer.
1984 – KhIMEA, specialty 05.20.01 – mechanization of agricultural production, candidate of technical sciences.
2006 – Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade, specialty: 05.18.12 – processes and equipment of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries, Doctor of Technical Sciences.

Career
1976 – KhIMEA, assistant of the department of agricultural machines;
1987 – KhIMEA, Associate Professor of Agricultural Machinery;
1989 – KhIMEA, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of General Engineering;
1993 – KhIMEA, founder and first head of the department of mechanization of processing and storage of agricultural products;
2007-2017 – KhDTUA, director of the educational and scientific institute of processing and food production;
2018 – KhNTUA, Head of the Department of Equipment and Engineering of Processing and Food Production.

Educational activities

Scientific work:

Head of national and ministerial research programs on the problems of separation of difficult-to-separate grain mixtures, branch research laboratory of processing and food industries.
Head of economic contract research programs of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and leading enterprises in the industry.

International activity / participation in international projects

in 2012 – VIII International Salon “New Time”, gold medal for the development of “Device for the separation of bulk materials by elastic properties”.
Participation in international conferences on improving the efficiency of processing and food production equipment.

Social activities
Active participant in the development of the concept and program of engineering and technical support for the reform of the agro-industrial complex of the Kharkiv region.
