On June 3, the winners of the district stage of the city competition “Young Man of the Year 2021”, organized by the Committee on Family, Youth and Sports of the Kyiv District of the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of Kharkiv city Council.
This year, the district competition brought together more than 50 representatives of educational institutions of the Kharkiv region, who have shown themselves in various fields. Among them were representatives of our university. In particular, a 4th-year student of the Institute of BML Nikita Grudev won the competition in the nomination “Culture and Art”, assistant of the Department of Accounting Sofia Minenko and associate professor of Accounting and Auditing Margarita Krutko were awarded in the nomination “Scientific Activity”, and senior lecturer Yevhen Hayek became the winner of the competition in the nomination “Activities in the field of production and entrepreneurship”.
On behalf of the Kharkiv City Council, the winners of the district stage of the “Young Man of the Year 2021” contest were greeted by Volodymyr Riznyk, Head of the Committee for Family, Youth, and Sports of the Kyiv District of the Department for Family, Youth and Sports. He noted that such events are aimed at revealing the best leadership skills of the participants, as well as to promote social status in society, activation of life position, development, and improvement of spiritual and moral qualities of modern youth.
We sincerely congratulate the winners of the district stage of the “Young Man of the Year 2021” competition, who worthily represented our university at it, and wish them further success and victories.
