Recently, the monograph “Current state and prospects for the development of administrative and legal regulation in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine” was published, prepared by Ph.D., Seniour Lecturer of the Department of Life Safety and Law G. Ivanov.
The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal regulation in the field of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological principles of the study of administrative and legal regulation in the agro-industrial complex, the genesis of its formation and development as a domestic institution of public law are analyzed. The analysis of its content of tasks, principles, and features of realization of forms, methods, and functions is carried out. The conceptual bases of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation in the agro-industrial complex, the bases of administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation on agriculture, and veterinary and sanitary requirements are investigated. Scientifically substantiated ways of optimization of administrative and legal regulation of administrative and agrarian relations using the experience of the European Union, as well as prospects for the formation of information and legal technologies in the activities of public authorities and self-government, which take care of the agro-industrial complex.
The publication is addressed to legal scholars, practitioners, teachers, students, as well as to a wide range of readers who are interested in this issue.
