On October 26, 2020, Tetyana Vlasenko, Olena Dudnyk, Victoria Kralia, Maria Maiboroda, and Alyona Piven, teachers of the Department of Business Production and Management of KhNTUSG, took part in the round table “Rural Development in Ukraine”, which took place online with the participation of international consultants project German-Ukrainian aggro political dialogue.
During the event, a curriculum for the professional development of OTG staff on “Rural Development in Ukraine” was presented and discussed, which was presented by a professor at the University of Neubrandenburg, Dean of the specialty “Agriculture and Food Sciences”. It is worth noting the allocation of three areas of competence for the curriculum, namely: spatial and regional planning, soft skills and project management, agriculture and national economy, and 10 basic modules. In general, the meeting was quite useful and productive.
It should be noted that the teachers of the Department of Business Organization and Management are constantly working to improve pedagogical skills, updating the knowledge base, methodological developments with due regard for trends in our country and the world. Thus, the updated OPP “Public Administration” of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education already take into account the processes of decentralization of power, changes in the territorial organization, and local government reform. New information obtained during online communication with foreign colleagues will also be used in the learning process.
We thank the organizers of the event, in particular, the Scientific and Methodological Center, for the opportunity to participate in the round table.
O. Dudnyk, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Production Organization, Business and Management
