To participate in the conference it is necessary:
1. Send the text of abstracts in electronic form to e-mail and printed in one copy;
2. Apply for participation.
Participants from other cities are booked by the organizing committee at the hotel according to the application.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
To publish abstracts of scientific reports in a separate collection, it is necessary to provide an electronic version of the document according to the following requirements. The electronic version of the abstracts of the scientific report (the file name must contain the name of the first author and has the extension * .doc or * .docx) must be prepared in the Misgosoft Word for Windows editor in the amount of 1-2 full pages of the format A4. Do not number pages. Font – Times New Roman. Font size – 14 pt. The interval is single. Margins – 2.0 cm. On the first page, first line – UDC index, on the left edge, bold. Skip one line. The title of theses – in capital bold letters, in the center. Skip one line. Surname, initials of the author and scientific title – in bold letters, in the center. The name of the organization – in parentheses, in italics, in the center. Skip one line. The main text of theses – in width, indentation of the first line of the paragraph 1.25 cm. Graphic materials should be placed in the center of theses. Numbering and signatures – in the center according to the sample: “Figure 1 – Scheme of the device ….”. If you have graphic materials, they must be submitted in a separate file format * .jpg. or * .png. Formulas must be typed in Misgosoft Equation 3.0, centered, formula numbers aligned to the right. At the end of the thesis, the title “References” – print in bold, on the left edge. The list of links should be made in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine – width alignment. It is desirable to make a reference to the scientific works of the graduating department, where the graduate student or conference participant works. On the next page, the following data from the new line should be provided in Ukrainian and English: the topic of the report; Name author and scientific title; name of the organization; short annotation in one sentence; keywords (3-5 phrases in the field of research).
Abstracts submitted for the conference will be published electronically in a separate collection FREE OF CHARGE after the conference.
