I am Vorvul Julia. And I am a third-year student of the Institute of ECT. I had an internship in Germany from August 20 to November 17, 2018. I lived in a wonderful Münch family. My boss and my family have two farms with about 500 cows and calves.
My responsibilities included working on the farm and at home. I worked in the morning and in the evening with cows and calves, and in the afternoon I helped my boss. Caring for the calves was entirely my responsibility. My neighbor was an intern from Poland, who sometimes helped me with hard work on the farm.
During my staying in Germany, I significantly improved my German and visited many interesting places. The brightest holiday was the famous Oktoberfest, where I took a break from work and had the opportunity to chat with people from different countries, such as Australia and Poland.
Together with the boss and his wife, I visited a restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley and many wonderful places. I also had the opportunity to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, where I was simply fascinated by the scenery..
Living with my family, I was a part of it. The boss took me for my own daughter, helped me and tried to show the wonderful Germany as much as possible.
I am grateful to the university for this practice and my personal experience!
