VI Intra-university scientific-practical conference on the results of industrial practice of students majoring in 071 “Accounting and Taxation” and 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance”

On October 13, 2020, the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business and Management hosted the traditional Intra-University scientific-practical conference on the results of industrial practice of students majoring in 071 “Accounting and Taxation” and 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance”.

It should be noted that this year the second-year students of specialty 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” also joined the internship, so the conference was attended by second-fifth year students of RVO “Bachelor” and “Master” two specialties.

Opening the conference, the head of the Department of Accounting and Auditing, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Marenich TG reported that this is the sixth conference on the results of students’ internships, stressed the possibility of exchanging valuable experience to improve the practical training of applicants, especially in the face of restrictions.

Students addressed the conference participants with interesting reports, focused on the peculiarities of the internship in the production environment and made a number of suggestions for improving the process of internship.

The best presentations at the conference were the speeches of Irina Romanashenko and Natalia Kryvych.

Teachers of the department took an active part in the discussion of topical problems of organization and internship by students of KhNTUA. In particular, Ph.D., Associate Professor Polyvan L. emphasized the strengthening of students’ motivation to undergo internships and providing them with advanced bases of internships.

Summing up the work of the scientific-practical conference, head. kaf. accounting and auditing Marenych TG noted the high interest and indifference of students to the internship, thanked the students and teachers who participated in the event, and said that the abstracts submitted to the organizing committee of the conference will be published in a separate collection.
