II International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Prospects for the development of accounting, control and finance in the context of integration and globalization processes”

On October 30, 2020, the II International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Prospects for the Development of Accounting, Control, and Finance in the context of integration and globalization processes” was held, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of KhNTUA.

The grand opening of the conference began with welcoming remarks by Acting Rector of the University S. Zaika and the director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business and Management O. Gridina with wishes of fruitful work and productive professional communication. Head of the Department of Accounting and Auditing T. Marenych stressed the urgency of the issues under consideration and announced the purpose of the conference – to unite the efforts of research economists to research, summarize and develop recommendations on possible ways to solve the main problems of accounting, control, and finance of enterprises, taking into account current challenges.

The conference was attended by students, graduate students, doctoral students, and teachers of leading free economic zones. The conference received 86 reports from 120 participants from 20 universities of Ukraine.

The theme of the conference is as follows:

  1. Modern principles, methods and procedures of accounting in the context of integration and globalization processes.
  2. International and national experience in the development of audit and other types of control.
  3. Financial and credit system to ensure the innovative development of economic entities.
  4. Modern problems of the theory and practice of taxation in a market economy.

Following the conference, a collection of abstracts of the participants of the event, which took place in a remote format, was published..
