The Human Resources Department of the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture is a structural subdivision of the University that ensures the implementation of personnel policy in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
The tasks of the personnel department are:
- development of personnel policy and strategy of the university;
- staffing the university with the necessary professions in accordance with the strategy, policy and goals;
- selection and placement of personnel based on the assessment of their qualifications, personal and business qualities;
- organization of effective work of university employees to increase productivity and quality of work;
- control of observance of labor discipline and observance of rules of internal labor regulations in divisions of university.
