1972-1985 – Department of public catering of the Kharkiv regional executive committee, inspector of the department of the organization.
1985-1989 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), research engineer, junior researcher, assistant, a senior lecturer.
1989-2015 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), Associate Professor.
