1972 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade): specialty “Technology and organization of public catering, catering engineer-technologist.

1990 – Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade: specialty 05.18.16 – technology and organization of public catering, Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Career

1972-1985 – Department of public catering of the Kharkiv regional executive committee, inspector of the department of the organization.

1985-1989 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), research engineer, junior researcher, assistant, a senior lecturer.

1989-2015 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), Associate Professor.

From 2015 to the present – the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, Associate Professor of the Department of Processing and Food Production Technologies.

Educational activities

Teaches training courses:

The technology of milk and dairy products;

Commodity science and packaging of grain products;

Standardization and certification of food products;

Safety of industrial products;

Optimization of technological processes;

Power technology;

Entry to the profession.

Research activities

Research interests:

Functional and technological properties of grain gluten-free raw materials; development of new technologies of gluten-free flour confectionery.

Scientific work:

Scientific adviser of masters; official opponent of dissertations.

Social activities

Curator of the academic group, assistant to the head of the department of technology of processing and food production on educational work.
