Education and career

• 1978 – graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture with a degree in “Mechanization of Agriculture”.
• 1978-2009 – junior researcher, assistant, art. teacher, associate professor, head of the department of the operation of machine-tractor park KhIMEA.
• 1991-2009 – Dean of the Faculty of KhIMEA, KhNTUA.
• 2009 – Acting rector of KhNAU named after V.V. Dokuchaev.
• 2010-2020 – Head of the Department of Agricultural Machinery KhNTUA.

Research activities

• 1988 – defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on “Research of the design and justification of the parameters of the hydraulic fertilizer of crops”
• In 1991 he was awarded the title of associate professor of the department of machine-tractor fleet operation.
• In 2006 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on “Substantiation of optimal complexes of machines for mechanization of fieldwork.”
• 2007 – awarded the title of professor of the department of machine-tractor fleet operation.

• Author of more than 250 scientific papers, more than 30 patents, 3 monographs, 3 textbooks, 6 manuals.
