He teaches courses: “Communicative Management”, “Management”, “Management in the Agro-Industrial Complex”, “Personnel Management”, “Conflict Management”, “Methods of Teaching in Higher Education”.
Research activity
Candidate’s dissertation topic:
“Substantiation of the parameters of the threshing device of vibration type with active working bodies”.
Doctoral dissertation topic: “Theoretical and methodological foundations of management of educational and creative activities of students of higher agricultural educational institutions”.
Research interests
Research in two areas:
1) pedagogical – “Development of pedagogical technology for managing educational and creative activities of students”;
2) management – “Improving the management system of human resources of agricultural formations.”
