Education

He graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs in 2002. Diploma in “Jurisprudence”. Qualification – lawyer.

Career

1991 – 2015 – service in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine;

2015 – 2017 – service in the National Police of Ukraine;

Since 2019 – Assistant Professor of Life Safety and Law, Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasylenko.

Educational activities

Teaches disciplines:

Life safety and traffic rules;

Agricultural law;

Land law.

Research activities

In 2018 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law in the specialty 12.00.06 “Land Law; agrarian law; environmental law; natural resource law “at the National Law University named after Yaroslav the Wise. The topic of the dissertation is “Legal regulation of insurance of agricultural products with state support in Ukraine”.

Author of 9 scientific papers, including 5 scientific articles and 3 abstracts at international scientific conferences.

Author of the monograph “Legal bases of insurance of agricultural products with state support in Ukraine” (2020).
