1993-2005 – Kharkiv State Academy of Food Technology and Organization, assistant;

From 2005 to the present time – KhNTUA, Associate Professor of the Department of Processing and Food Production Technologies.

“Design of grain storage and processing enterprises”;

“Elevator industry technology”;

“Quality management of grain processing products”;

“Innovative grain storage technologies”.

Research activities

Research interests:

Creation of ecological cereal products of increased nutritional and biological value due to the influence of physical and biological factors.

The technology of grain flakes of the increased biological value.

the official opponent of dissertations;

member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “Engineering of processing and food production”.
