1994 – G. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical University, specialty – Pedagogy, and methods of primary education, music.
1994 – 2007 – Teacher of the elementary school and the teacher of music in the secondary school I – III degrees № 70 in Kharkiv.
2003 – 2006 – Researcher at the Institute of Educational Problems of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
2007 – 2019 – Associate Professor of the UNESCO Department of “Philosophy of Human Communication”, Social Sciences and Humanities.
Since 2020 – Professor of the UNESCO Department of “Philosophy of Human Communication”, Social Sciences and Humanities.
Since 2020 – Professor of the UNESCO Department of “Philosophy of Human Communication”, Social Sciences and Humanities.
Since 2013 – Deputy Head of the Psychological Service of KhNTUA, since 2016 – the head of the Psychological Service.

She teaches disciplines: “Higher school pedagogy”, “Philosophy of human communication”, “Philosophy of human communication and methods of teaching in higher school”, “Philosophy of technology”, “Psychology”, “Demography”, “Methods of teaching engineering disciplines in higher school”, “UNESCO World Heritage”.

2005 – defense of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences “Prevention of deviant behavior of primary school students in the educational process” in the specialty 13.00.07 – Theory and methods of education (diploma number DK № 041197).

Research interests.
Pedagogy, psychology, pedagogical psychology, innovative pedagogical technologies, philosophy of communication, formation, and development of social maturity of the individual, inclusive education, theory, and methods of personality education.
