1987 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering: specialty “Technology and organization of public catering”, engineer-technologist of public catering;

2000 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering: specialty 05.18.16 – technology and organization of public catering, Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Career

1987-1988 – engineer-technologist of the Public Catering Plant № 1, Sevastopol.

1988-1990 – Senior Engineer – Technologist of the Directorate “Ukraine” in Sevastopol.

1990-1991 – engineer of the research sector of the Kharkiv State Institute of Public Catering

1991-1997 – graduate student of the Kharkiv State Institute of Public Catering.

1998-2003 – Kharkiv Institute of Public Catering (now Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade), assistant, senior lecturer.

From 2003 to the present – Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade, Associate Professor of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates.

Educational activities

Teaches training courses: “Technology of the industry”, “General technologies of food production”; “Design of enterprises in the industry”; “Technological calculations, accounting and reporting in the industry”; “Technology of health food”

Research activities

Research interests:

Development of sugar confectionery products of high nutritional and biological value with the use of fine carotenoid, anthocyanin and chlorophyll-containing additives obtained by cryotechnologies.

Scientific work:

Supervisor of graduate students and masters;

an official opponent of dissertations;

member of the Academic Council, Educational and Methodical Commission of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Food Technologies and Business, scientific seminar on preliminary examination of dissertations of Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade

Guidance of students – participants of All-Ukrainian Olympiads and competitions in special disciplines.
