The meeting addressed several important issues for the functioning of the university, in particular:
- approved the work plan of the Rector’s Office for the second semester of 2020/2021 academic year, according to which, in addition to traditional meetings on the last Monday of this month, it is additionally planned to hold field meetings together with the relevant academic councils and faculties;
- The results of the work of the labor protection service at the university for 2020 and the approval of the work plan for 2021 were considered. When covering this issue, the head of the service Mykola Vinokurov informed how the work on the implementation of restrictive measures during quarantine was organized and drew attention to the set of measures to be implemented in the current year;
- Director of the Scientific Library Nikolayenko Natalia Mykolayivna presented an analysis of the reasons for the university’s subsidence in the All-Ukrainian ranking of universities “Webometrics” – is a presentation of the university in the web space, in particular, drew attention to the need to intensify the work of departments and teachers to provide quality information to the university website and social activities;
- Due to the special importance for the stable operation of the university, the issue of organizing work to increase financial income from economic activities in 2021 was postponed for consideration at the meeting of the Academic Council.
