• From 2002 to present – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the collective enterprise “Kharkivspetsservice”.
• Since 1998 he has been the editor-in-chief of the Kharkiv Fire Herald; member of the Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
• In 2006 he was elected a deputy of the Kharkiv regional council, chairman of the commission on ecology, emergencies and liquidation of their consequences..
• In 2010 he was re-elected deputy of the Kharkiv regional council.

• Korenev Oleksii began his career as an electrical engineer on a collective farm in the Nedrigailiv district of Sumy region. Then he worked as an instructor and head of the organizational department of the Nedrigailiv district committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, for 6 years director of the Nedrigailiv cannery, four convocations, from 1990 to 2005, headed the Nedrigailiv district council.
• From 1994 to 1998 he was also the head of the district state administration.
• From 2005 to 2010 he worked as a private lawyer, director of the Sumy regional branch of Loture-Agro LLC, head of the Department of Environmental Protection in Sumy region.
• He was once again appointed head of the Nedrigailiv District State Administration in May 2010.

From 1975 to the present he has been working as a teacher of special disciplines at the Krasnograd Technical School of Agricultural Mechanization.

Since 1990 she has been the head of the department “Electrification and automation of agriculture” of the Krasnograd technical school of mechanization of agriculture named after F. Tymoshenko.

Radchenko O.’s name is included in the almanac “Golden Book of the Ukrainian Elite” and he was awarded a commemorative medal. He was awarded the Gold Medal “For Effective Management” by the International Personnel Academy.

• After graduating from the institute he worked in the Kharkiv regional enterprise of rural electric networks until 1986 as an engineer, master, senior master.
• In 1986 he was transferred to the Kharkiv enterprise of city electric networks to the position of the master of Saltovsky District electrical networks.
• In 1991 he was transferred to the position of Chief Engineer of the Central District electrical networks.
• Since 1999 – Head of Kholodnohirsky District electrical networks.
• In 2003 he was appointed Deputy Chief Engineer of Kharkiv City Electric Networks JSC “Kharkivoblenergo”.
• In 2009 he was appointed First Deputy Technical Director of Kharkivoblenergo.
