From 1969 to 1976 worked in the Russian Federation as a foreman, chief of the mechanized column for the construction of power grids and substations.

From 1976 to 1985 head of Kharkiv MK-16 (construction of power lines and substations).

From 1985 to 2004 General Director of Agropromenergo.

From 2004 to 2005 – First Deputy Head of the Pervomaisk District State Administration.

From 2005 to present, a representative of CJSC “Dnieper Electric Networks” in the Kharkiv region.

In 2005 he was elected a deputy of the 5th convocation of the Kharkiv regional council.

In 2010 he was re-elected deputy of the 6th convocation of the Kharkiv regional council. Twice awarded a diploma of the regional state administration and regional council, awarded the award “Slobozhanskaya slava”.
