Department of Technology of Processing and Food Production
The Department of Technology of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products (now – the Department of Technology of Processing and Food Production) was established on October 3, 2005 by separating from the Department of “Technology and Equipment of Processing and Food Production”.
In 2013, the Department of Chemistry joins the department.
The department is a graduate in the specialty 181 “Food Technology”.
Areas of research work are:
- Elevator industry technology;
- Flour and cereal production technology;
- Food technologies of compound feeds and premixes;
- Bread technology.
The department has a scientific school of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Shanina O. “Innovative technologies of food products from grain and flour.”
