Leading department of the university, which trains highly qualified specialists in engineering-technical and agro-ecological direction.
Scientific directions of the department: optimization of technological processes and systems of plant growing; substantiation, development of constructions and production of prototypes of machines for fertilizer application, plant protection, separation and purification of seed mixtures; substantiation of seed mixture separation processes; study of compatible crops.
The department cooperates with farms, enterprises, institutions and companies of agro-technical and ecological activities of Ukraine and Europe to increase the competitiveness of KNTUA graduates.
