All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, Standardization and Technical Measurements”

From April 24 to 26, 2019 based on the Faculty of Engineering and Energy of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, Standardization and Technical Measurements” took place among higher education institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation.

Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture was represented by applicants for higher education:

• Korsun Andrii;
• Tiupa Dmytro;
• Kolodiazhnyi Ivan;
• Martemianov Oleksii;
• Zaiarnyi Roman;
• Rostovskyi Ivan.

The teaching staff was represented by Ivan Halych, a senior lecturer at the Department of Mechatronics and Machine Parts, as a member of the jury.

During three days the participants had a rich program: theoretical and practical part of the Olympiad competitions, city tours, a concert performed by higher education seekers of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University.

Given the specifics of the study of the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization, and technical measurements” in educational institutions, higher education institutions, it was decided to divide the participants into two groups – technical and agricultural. According to them, the participants performed various tasks.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the winners of the second stage are the graduates of our university, namely:

• Kolodiazhnyi Ivan with the award of a diploma of the second degree;
• Korsun Andrii with the award of a diploma of the second degree;
• Tiupa Dmytro with a diploma of the third degree.

For active participation in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements”, qualified, uncompromising work on testing control tasks, senior lecturer Halych Ivan was awarded a diploma from the Rector of MNAU.

Results of the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements”

For the development of mechanical engineering, instrument making, agro-industrial complex, and other industries of Ukraine has the organization of production of machines, products based on interchangeability and standardization using reliable means of technical measurement and control, which will produce high-quality products with the lowest labor costs.

The purpose of studying the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements” – to teach higher education students to skillfully use standards, correctly assign tolerances and landings on the parts of designed machines, as well as set standards for accuracy of geometric parameters, determine technical means measurements to control them. This discipline is taught at the Department of Mechatronics and Machine Parts of the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture in the third year for one semester.

11-13 квітня 2018 року відбувся Second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements” on the basis of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University.

From the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture 6 questionnaires were sent to the participants, winners of the first stage of the Olympiad:

All students is the students of the educational and scientific institute of mechanotronics and management systems. Teachers of the department of mechatronics and machine parts prepared students for the Olympiad.

Students received certificates of participation in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements”.

According to the order of the rector of the Nikolaev state agrarian university the senior lecturer of department of mechatronics and details of cars was included in structure of jury of the Olympiad Halych Ivan.

On April 12-13, 2018, the Sixth All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference of young scientists and graduates “Modern problems of interchangeability and standardization in mechanical engineering” took place Mykolayiv. The organizing committee of the conference included a senior lecturer at the Department of Mechatronics and Machine Parts Halych Ivan .

At the plenary session, 2 reports out of 6 were prepared by students of our university:

• Legal bases of standardization and metrology in Ukraine, reported Osypchuk D.

After summing up the conference, students were awarded diplomas for the relevance of the problem and the practical significance of research.

За результатами олімпіади Лемяскін Артем Ігорович був відзначений грамотою за високий рівень теоретичних знань, Осипчук Дмитро Ігорович отримав диплом IІ ступеня.
