On December 22, 2020 at 10.00 in the conference hall of KhNTUSG (44 Alchevskikh Street) under the chairmanship of Rector O. Nanka a regular online meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, which addressed a number of important issues. At the beginning of the meeting, the rector of the University O. Nanka drew attention to the observance of certain quarantine restrictions during the event (presence in masks, proper distance between council members, etc.).
The purpose and main tasks of the laboratory “AGROSPECEXPERT” is to conduct research, perform research, provide scientific and technical services, manufacture of scientific and technical products to order of enterprises, organizations, institutions and firms, innovation, as well as providing conditions for quality training of specialists, in particular, specialists of the highest scientific qualification.
Today in the assembly hall of the university began a scheduled meeting of the Academic Council of the University, which addressed several important issues. First of all, the members of the Academic Council voted for the presentation of T. Fesenko o the academic title of Professor of Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies and A. Voitov to the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Woodworking Technologies and System Engineering of the Forest Complex.
Today, August 26, 2021, at the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Procedure for revoking the decision on awarding a degree of higher education and awarding the appropriate qualification was adopted. “The government has made an important decision, namely – the creation of legal conditions that will encourage students to adhere to academic integrity and be held accountable in case of violations. It is important that from now on the procedure for deciding on revoking the degree or qualification of a specialist and the range of subjects authorized for such actions are clearly defined at the state level. We are talking exclusively about higher education institutions. I believe that the decision of the Government will contribute to the formation of responsibility of higher education in Ukraine and increase their competitiveness, “said Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Shkarlet.
The Department of Reliability, Strength, and Technical Service of Machines begins its history in 1971 when the university management decided to train specialists familiar with the reliability of agricultural machinery. The first head of the department was Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor V. Anilovich, who, having experience in design and research work, was acutely aware of the need to disseminate the experience gained among future professionals.
Education 1985 he graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture (KhIMEА), specialty “Electrification and Automation of Agriculture”, qualification: electrical engineer. From 1987 to 1990 he studied at the All-Union Research Institute of Electrification of Agriculture. 1991 – Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.20.02 – electrification of agricultural production. In 1994 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor. From 1998 to 2001 he studied for a doctorate at the Kharkiv State Technical University of Agriculture (KhSTUА). 2006 Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.09.16 – electrical technologies and electrical equipment in the agro-industrial complex KhSTUA 2007 conferring the academic title of professor.

On May 26, 2021, a meeting of the scientific and methodological subcommittee 208 “Agroengineering” SMC 10 on agricultural sciences and food of the higher education sector of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was held under the chairmanship of the Director of the Institute of Mechatronics and Management Systems Professor V. Vlasovets. The meeting was devoted to making changes to the draft list of scientific specialties in the fields of science (specialty “Agroengineering”), which is undergoing a stage of public discussion. The chairman substantiated the inclusion of the scientific specialty “Agroengineering” in such a list and presented proposals from the subsection. The following spoke: Yu. Today, under the chairmanship of Acting Rector of KNTUА S. Zaika held a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the University, which addressed some important issues related to the organization of the educational process and research and educational activities of the institution. Due to quarantine restrictions, some members of the Academic Council participated in the meeting remotely through video channels, which, however, did not interfere with the constructive and fruitful work of the collegial body.
