STUDENTS REPORT ON PRODUCTION PRACTICE

In educational and research institutes and at the faculty of TSL, students continue to defend summer internships, which are an important part of educational and professional programs. For example, students of the second and third courses of ESI BM specialty 071 “Accounting and Taxation” in the summer underwent industrial practice in primary and financial accounting, after which they prepared written reports. All of them received positive feedback from the heads of industrial practice from the leading enterprises of Kharkiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions in accordance with the agreements. And recently, the graduating department hosted a public defense of these reports, which aroused great interest among both students and teachers.

Presenting their reports on the internship and answering questions, students showed a high level of theoretical and practical training. All future bachelors received high marks from the commission for timely submission of reports and quality of work performed while defending individual assignments.

It should be noted that the main task of industrial practice of students is to consolidate the theoretical knowledge obtained during communication with teachers in the classroom and the acquisition of skills and abilities of practical work in the enterprise. They are based on previously studied normative and professionally-oriented academic disciplines and form economic thinking, develop, systematize and consolidate the knowledge gained during theoretical training. Future specialists gain practical experience for further professional activity, work in the workforce, as well as the continuation of scientific research of economic processes in the enterprise in the process of preparation of term papers and dissertations.

We wish our students to continue to increase the huge baggage of professional skills and abilities that will be useful to them in the near future! In educational and research institutes and at the faculty of TSL, students continue to defend summer internships, which are an important part of educational and professional programs. PRACTICE IS THE FIRST STEP TO PROFESSIONALISM

Practice plays an important role in the training of highly qualified personnel. It is an important component of the educational process, is carried out in order to consolidate and deepen theoretical knowledge, acquire practical skills within the future specialty or specialization, experience of independent work. Therefore, the practice for the future entrepreneur, due to the specifics of this profession, is of particular importance because it allows to achieve such programmatic learning outcomes as: the use of knowledge to identify, set and solve problems for different practical situations; skills of critical thinking, analysis and synthesis for professional purposes, etc. It is clear that modern theoretical knowledge, along with civic maturity, national consciousness, natural abilities, life experience is a crucial prerequisite for developing practical skills of future entrepreneurs, mastering their professional skills.

Internship by students of the specialty 076 “Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange ” is not only an educational component of the curriculum, but also an extraordinary event in the formation of a young specialist . Thus, scientific-practical and educational training of a student-entrepreneur is a state and mandatory condition for the national revival and formation of Ukraine as an independent, democratic-legal European state. This is a responsible and significant period in the process of becoming a young specialist, a serious test of the level of teaching, the viability of lecture courses in the specialty and their assimilation by students.

End-to-end practice in the educational program “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities” involves several stages: educational and introductory; educational (without separation from training); training and production; production on the basis of business and trade, which allows you to solve complex specialized problems, problems in the field of business and trade in conditions of uncertainty and instability.

Industrial practice of students majoring in 076 “Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities” is carried out with a break from training in business, trade and exchange structures in accordance with the educational program. So, for example, 3rd year students Khramov Kirill, Koshel Karina, Litvinenko Valeria passed practice in
Individual entrepreneur Sullivan, who works under the franchise of the international company Carlo Pazolini – one of the leaders in the shoe market, Levchenko Dmitry – in LLC “Delight”, where he even had the opportunity to do an internship in catering establishments for cooking sushi. p>

All students – future bachelors and masters presented and successfully defended reports on internships at the graduating department.

This fulfills the main requirement of the labor market – deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience of a young and ready to work specialist!

We are proud of our students, the experience gained and we wish further success in the acquired profession.

KHNTUA STUDENTS: “THANK YOU ALPHI!”
Сохранить перевод

The Alfa farm is one of the best in the region. It has completed the harvesting of early grain, which was attended by students of our university. They are practicing here, mastering the operation of agricultural machinery.

– We really wanted to see how a large farm really works, to work on new equipment, – says a third-year student of the Institute of MSM Vladislav Nemashkalo . – Not in each area, and not even in each area there is such an economy as “Alpha”, and it would be desirable to get here.

– My father is a tractor driver, – says his classmate Ivan Yatsenko . In general, the future head of the agricultural enterprise must learn as many professional secrets as possible in all areas of its activity, and in this regard, the farm “Alpha” gives us great opportunities. The staff is very open and friendly. Both the combine harvester, the agronomist, and the chief engineer (also, by the way, a graduate of KhNTUSG) explain in detail the nuances of the work, give answers to all questions. Equally important is the participation in the work of a highly professional workforce, understanding of how the interaction between management and executive parts of the economy, provides production discipline.

– In addition to interesting work, the farm provides employees with a decent salary. Advanced technologies, new equipment, which is updated every 4-5 years, require serious knowledge. The university gives us a lot, but I really learned to understand the combine in practice. The practice desk will not replace. And picking vegetables in the European Union for the future engineer will not always provide such a practice – says a third-year student Maxim Herman.

– The training of KNTUA students is traditionally quite high. And 2-3 seasons of such practice – and your students can be admitted to the management of any farm – says the executive director of the farm “Alpha” Mykola Andrienko.

The owner of the Alfa enterprise, the deputy of the regional council Viktor Ivanovich Belinsky recalls: We are ready to provide them with places not only for internships but also for employment, because our economy is constantly expanding, its technical park is being updated.”.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kucher , who visited the Alfa farm, thanked the students of our university and emphasized: “Agriculture is a third of the economy of our region. We will continue to support our farmers, provide them with state support, do everything to ensure that the positive dynamics in the agricultural sector is maintained. “

For many years, Professor Anatoliy Petrovich Gorbanyov , who started his career as an engineer here, has been taking students to practice on the farm. With full knowledge of the case, the professor says: “Advanced technology, the latest technology, effective leadership. Here is something to learn. The best of those who received a permit to the profession through internship at the farm “Alpha”, today are headed by companies, farms, engineering services. The current change of future specialists and managers turned out to be no worse than the previous ones. “

STUDENTS ‘PRACTICE CONTINUES

25,000 tons of early grain have already been threshed at the Alfa farm (Zolochiv district), where students of our university are undergoing internships. This was announced by the head of the practice Anatoly Petrovich Gorbanyov, who maintains constant contact with students and the management of the farm. The average yield on the farm of early grain crops is about 75 cn/ha, which is almost twice as much as the average in the Kharkiv region. There are 10 grain-harvesting crews working in the fields of FG, which includes 6 students of KhNTUSG.

PHOTO REPORT FROM THE HARVEST FIELD

This year, the Kharkiv region plans to harvest about 2.9 million tons of early grain crops, which will be equal to last year’s harvest. According to the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, early grain and leguminous crops in the region occupy 703 thousand hectares, of which 524.4 thousand hectares under winter wheat, 13.8 thousand hectares – under winter barley, 3.4 thousand hectares – under winter. rye, 5.9 thousand hectares – spring wheat, 128.9 thousand hectares – spring barley, etc.

Currently, the average yield of early cereals in the region is approx. 44 cn / ha. But there are farms in which the average yield is already significantly higher than the regional average. For example, in the Alfa farm in the Zolochiv district, where we recently visited, the average yield of early grain is about 75 centners per hectare. Only under wheat crops, there are about 4 thousand hectares. Therefore, in order to collect the grown crop on time and without losses, the farm brought 10 combines (6 own and 4 involved), which work from morning till night.

As we have already reported, in the 6 harvesting crews of FG “Alpha” assistants of combine harvesters are students-interns of our university, who master agro-technological processes and improve their skills in servicing grain harvesting equipment. Both combine harvesters and farm managers are satisfied with the work of students who diligently perform their duties and instructions of the head of practice A.P. Gorbaniova.

KHNTUA STUDENTS ARE PRACTICED

Every year, in order to consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained during the educational process, students of KhNTUSG undergo internships on the basis of modern enterprises, institutions and organizations of the agro-industrial complex (including foreign), with which relevant agreements and cooperation agreements. One such enterprise is the Alfa farm, located in the Zolochiv district of the Kharkiv region, which specializes in the cultivation of cereals and legumes, as well as in the development of dairy farming.

Without exaggeration we can say that this is one of the best agricultural enterprises in Kharkiv region, which has in its use more than 10 thousand hectares of farmland, modern equipment and repair and technical base, livestock farm for 300 heads Cattle, three dryers, etc. In addition, the farm maintains a considerable social infrastructure, which is located in the village of Odnorobivka and in the territory of 9 village councils of Zolochiv district, where “Alfa” manages.

For many years (since 1994) this farm is managed by Viktor Ivanovich Belinsky, who is well known in agricultural circles. And not only because he is an Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine and a deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, but also because the FG “Alpha” tries to adhere to the scientific principles of agriculture, which today is a remarkable achievement. At one time, this circumstance became decisive for the beginning of cooperation between the farm and the Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, which has lasted for over 15 years. And one of the guarantors of this cooperation (so to speak) is the associate professor of the department of agrotechnologies and ecology of KhNTUA, Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine Anatoliy Gorbanyov.

At one time, after graduating from KHIMEA (1974), Anatoliy Petrovich worked as the chief engineer of the Ivashkiv Poultry Farm, so he is still well remembered in Odnorobivka in Zolochiv district. So, it is quite logical that he took responsibility for the organization and conduct of internships by students of KhNTUSG on the basis of FG “Alpha”: conducts briefings with them, provides advice and generally maintains constant contact to keep abreast of all matters. / p>

Currently, seven students of our university are undergoing internships at FG “Alfa”: Ruslan Boyko, Artem Smetana, Ivan Yatsenko, Maxim Gershan, Vladislav Nemashkalo, Vladislav Burlaka and Yevhen Bondar. Six students work as combine harvester assistants, and Yevhen Bondar works independently on a tractor, as he has the rights of a tractor driver and work experience. After visiting Alfa today, we found out that the management of the farm is completely satisfied with the work of our students and creates all the conditions for them to enjoy their work as well. We won’t even talk about their living conditions and food (Alfa has never had a problem with that), but we will talk about material and moral incentives later, when the farm will sum up the harvest campaign and reward the best workers. We are convinced that the list of the best will include students of our university (this is already traditional), who, in addition to invaluable practical experience, will also receive monetary awards and diplomas for their work.

Currently, the guys are working in the harvesting crews to harvest early grain and together with their harvesters have already threshed more than a thousand tons of wheat. Their responsibilities include regular maintenance of Claas combines, which they say are very productive and reliable. Therefore, there are no difficulties. But managing such equipment requires constant attention and concentration.

According to A. Gorbanev, such a practice for future bachelors and masters will not be superfluous, because they have the opportunity to get better acquainted with the work of foreign technology, assess its advantages and disadvantages, as well as gain experience in servicing this equipment and managing it in real conditions. At the end of the internship, students will prepare reports on their work, which will be defended during the autumn session.
