Our university presented an innovative project “Education quality management system at the university: challenges and challenges during adaptive quarantine”, submitted for participation in the competition of higher education institutions for the honorary title of “LEADER OF INNOVATION IN EDUCATION”. The project contains material that shows the effectiveness of the quality management system of education at the university, which has been improved over the past 10 years. This was especially evident during the quarantine restrictions imposed during the spring semester. At this time, a wide survey of students, teachers, heads of departments related to the organization of the educational process remotely, which allowed to make adjustments to the organization of the educational process during the autumn semester of 2020.

The submitted project reflects one of the approaches to structuring, algorithmization, and documentation of management procedures and all aspects of free economic activity in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 using risk-oriented thinking, “Standards and recommendations for quality assurance in the European Higher Space Education (ESG) ”and compliance with the elements of the EFQM Excellence Model. The quality management system of KNTUA (headed by Prof. Petro Gursky) easily adapts to new requirements of standards, changes in legislation, changes in the organization of the educational process during quarantine, which confirms its effectiveness and feasibility.
